Seascape Motel & Cottages

This is seriously the cutest motel and cottages. We stayed in the motel part and were blown away. We live in the Midwest and our motels are not like this. I typically don’t stay in motels for that reason but when I read the reviews I decided to give it a try for a night on our New England “leaf peppers” roadtrip. I traveled with my husband and when we got there, they had records and record players that guest in the cottages could use. The motel room was decorated so well, I even went online and purchased some of the items I saw in the room for my own home. They had anything you would need while there, including a cooler. We will definitely be back and have our kid with us as well. Maine is beautiful and so happy this was one of our stops.

The Sea Scape is I little jewel in Maine. It was one of the places we have ever stayed. I room as very comfortable and cozy. It was fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay perfect. We stayed in Cottage 12 and I would highly recommend it. Has a nice view on the bay. five stars and more. Located close to Belfast harbor on great restaurants. The only bummer is we couldn’t stay longer. Hint check out their library of vinyl albums.

Fantastic.. all around. Communication was great from booking through my late arrival. Check in and out arte a breeze. I did the smaller, non Cottage room. Comfy, clean, well decor'd, lots of small intangible extras. The grounds are well kept with plenty of amenities for relaxing.. Multiple cottage and motel rooms on the site. Great stay. Great space. Great location for my need. Highly recommend.

Just line night on October 24th but given the rate of $170. It seems a bit steep. We were the only guests that night and they prepared a contact less check in. The room is very small. The table that hangs off the wall felt very fragile. The amenities are very nice: a little cooler, alarm clock which unfortunately went off at 6am, despite not having set the alarm, must have been left over from a previous guest. But despite the clean and modern amenities - I wouldn’t book again. Just too cramped and too expensive.

Excellent experience to celebrate our wedding anniversary! From the minute we checked in until we left we felt welcomed. Elizabeth is the best host! I would highly recommend this place. It was quiet, clean, well decorated. The coffee and yummy coffee creamer hit the spot in the morning sitting out on the front porch. The record player in the cottage was a unique touch. Book this place…you won’t regret it. I can’t wait to return some day.

During a recent visit to Maine, we stayed in one of the cottages at The Seascape Mote and Cottages in Belfast. It was absolutely perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and convenient with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer. We especially loved the record player—such a fun touch—and the beautiful views of both the coast and the surrounding woods. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we were hoping for. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! We can’t wait to come back!

We loved this location. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the town of Belfast the food and shops were wonderful. The home is so charming! We loved feeling like we could cuddle up inside and watch the water or sit on the porch for coffee. The kitchen was spacious enough for all our cooking needs and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The Seascape Motel and Cottages is beautifully decorated, well equipped with everything you need. The room and property are newly renovated and pristine. The staff is very friendly and offers excellent communication throughout. They have easy access to room, check in and out, and streaming services. The bed is a dream! You will be very happy with The Seascape!
